Our rental calendar is a work in motion. PRICES INCLUDE all cleaning/linen/administrative fees EXCEPT a 3% Ottawa County Lodging Tax and pet fee ($250), if applicable.
2026 Bookings Begin
The Old Salt 2026 calendar is already filling up. All renters invited back from 2025 will get first right of refusal for the same week in 2026, so those weeks are typically not opened to the public until at least 2-3 weeks after the end of the previous renters' stays.
PLEASE BE AWARE — Oak Avenue is in the first stage of the STREETS & DRAINAGE project beginning fall 2025. Due to the inconveniences and unknowns of potential parking limitations, a family wedding, and also a prescheduled fall trip, the rental will have very limited availability in Fall 2025. Please check back for off-season rental availability. Thank you.
