Your 7-night stay does not include Lakeside Chautauqua per-person, daily entrance/auto fees associated with entertainment and visiting this gated community. Please see www.lakesideohio.com for further details.

No reason to pack sheets and towels! Rental cost includes one set of sheets for each listed bed, a set of towel/hand towel/washcloth for each of up to 13 guests, bathmats, and kitchen towels. It is recommended that guests bring their own beach towels. Thank you.

Cleaning is included in the rental fee (home is sanitized by a professional, using best practices). The property should be left "broom clean" and in neat condition prior to check out. Thank you.

Don't leave your furry friend behind! The Old Salt welcomes up to two (2) well-behaved dogs. We MUST be told if you are bringing a pet, so we can implement additional cleaning protocols after your stay. Any failure to inform us of pets on the premises may be grounds for removal. Fee: $250 in 2026. Thank you.
